Introducing Beli! This sweet boy is ready for spot in your heart and home!

Beli is still a puppy at heart! He loves to play and chase and chew! He also loves to cuddle and be with his people. He has two speeds, full force play and chew or cuddle buddy once he’s tuckered out and ready for a nap.

Beli would love a home with another dog as he is very respectful with other dogs and also loves to play with them.  He has met children and he loves them but he is in his puppy mouthing stage and playfully nips when he gets over excited. For this reason we believe he would be better suited to children slightly older who understand his puppy behaviour. He doesn’t live with cats but seeing as he loves to play he might try to chase so a dog savvy cat would be required.

Beli is a smart boy! He does well in his crate and has been left alone for up to 4 hours but he would prefer a midday break while he works on his potty training. Beli is quiet in his crate during the day and happily sleeps there through the night. He is also working on his leash manners as well as adjusting to the colder weather. He is medium-level activity, he will play hard and then nap just as hard and he enjoys shorter walks in his neighbourhood. Beli is also excellent in the car!

Beli is most passionate about chewing! He needs access to lots of durable chew toys in order to ensure he is chewing on the right things. If left to his own devices he would probably love to chew most things in his foster home but he is easily redirected to chew on dog safe toys when they are offered. 

He is extremely food motivated and smart which makes him easy to train. He is eager to learn and please his family and is such a sweet and cuddle little guy.

He is looking for a forever home that will prioritize bringing him to puppy classes and who will continue to work on his training. He is so loveable and just wants to show off what a good boy he is! He would love a dog friend in the home to teach him the ropes and to help him get his puppy energy out!
