Caramel

Little Miss Caramel is easy going and submissive, playful in short bursts and happy to be included. She can be timid when meeting new people, but will make friends with humans (with the support of many treats and slow head scratches.) Caramel has done wonderfully with her foster family and becomes more cuddly and playful every day. She is overall a happy and bouncy girl who jumps around (and she can jump HIGH!) when she gets excited and then cuddles endlessly when she’s all tired out.

Caramel is still getting used to unconditional love and shows this a bit through some signs of separation anxiety when her humans leave her at home. She often barks for a bit when put in her crate but settles quickly with a Kong or similar to keep her busy until she settles and takes a nap. Caramel is doing great on her house-training but would prefer someone who is home more often and/or can come home for a midday break.

Caramel loves to cuddle more than anything! Her happy spot is touching a human or sitting on one and cuddling/napping. She enjoys playing with her toys when she is feeling goofy and likes de-stuffing soft toys with her small but sharp teeth. She loves rolling and jumping around on the bed in the morning and evening. Caramel adores when she is included with her family and will go anywhere/do anything as long as she gets to be involved. She does enjoy walking and walks decently, sometimes getting too close under your feet if she is frightened by something as she wants the protection.
