Frida

Frida loves meeting new people, she is confident and friendly and never shy. She’s a smart girl, very curious and always up for exploring but can be stubborn at times. Some of Frida’s favorite activities are playing tug and fetch.

Frida loves dogs and would prefer another playful buddy in the home. She is cautious at first when meeting another dog but a few good sniffs and she is ready to play. Frida has met a cat, she was curious got too close and was swatted by the cat, she now respects and keeps a safe distance from cats. Frida will likely try to play with a cat so a dog savvy cat is a requirement. Frida lives with a kid and has been around children, she loves the attention but she is still learning boundaries and can be mouthy so a home with older dog savvy children is best. Frida is a medium energy dog, she loves her multiple walks a day and play dates with dogs really tire her out.

Frida is fully potty trained and she will ask to go out to the bathroom by sitting at the back door. Frida is crate trained, she sleeps overnight in her crate and during the work day but is more reluctant to go in her crate during the day. She is currently doing 6 hours during the day with a 30 minute break in the middle. Frida knows sit and leave it and is working on stay, she would love a family to bring her to positive reinforcement training classes.

Frida loves to be outside, fresh snow is the best for frolicking around and zoomies. She has a deep love for ice cubes as they are a favorite treat. Frida is a smart puppy with endless potential and she is ready for her forever home.
