Penny

Penny is a sweet sensitive soul. She loves belly rubs, lying or your legs or lap when you are relaxing and she loves to chase the ball. She has not gotten the hang of bringing the ball back yet but she’s getting there. Penny can be fearful in new environments but with her people by her side she feels more confident to tackle her fears.

Penny does well with dogs and would love a home with another confident dog buddy but it is not a requirement. Penny tested well with cats prior to coming in care, she can live with a dog savvy cat. Penny loves people and would be fine to live in a home with older dog savvy children. Penny is a medium energy dog.

Penny is fully crate trained and does well in her crate for a full work day. Penny is potty trained but she is still learning how to ask to go out so she will need some consistency initially. Penny loves people and wants nothing more than to just be with her people and to please, she will require a patient family who can advocate for her when she is nervous and praise her when she is being brave. She had a rough few years at the beginning of her life living on the street and after being the best mama to the Big Bang Theory litter she is ready to start the next chapter of her life which will be only be filled with love, support, and the security she always should have had.
