Ready for some puppy love?
Siku is looking for a committed person/family that can provide this young fella with fun active exploring outdoor adventures, enrichment games and share their lap space with warmth for the rest of his life.
Siku is a very clever and confident dog. He has a natural curiosity to follow his canine buddies and feels safe while exploring with them.
Siku lives with multiple dogs, enjoys their companionship, respects each one accordingly, and more than ready to play when given the opportunity. He watches everything and everyone and absorbs what’s happening before getting involved. He would love a friendly and playful canine buddy in the home.
Siku is doing awesome with his crate training. He has minimal accidents as he is taken outside frequently for potty breaks in all weather. He would benefit with someone continuing this schedule.
His favourite game is playing tug of war and is starting to play chase the ball. He is teething and loves chewing fingers and footwear, but make no mistake, this guy just loves being with people.
Siku is very food motivated and will be easy to train. He is currently challenged with ways to work for his food, and has quickly mastered multiple puzzle feeders and Kongs.

We are looking for a home in or around the Ottawa-Gatineau area as he has outstanding vet care covered by the adoption fee to complete at our vet in Ottawa West. None of our dogs are candidates for public dog parks due to risk, so if these are important to you, please do not apply.
